Very friendly staff. The room was good but the breakfast was outstanding. Eggs, potatoes, sausage and oatmeal were all awesome. They even had breakfast bags to go. Many thanks to Shay for her hard work in preparing. It was a nice way to start out our day.

Every single employee was very nice and polite. We had a family reunion over the this past weekend the Brown family. The hotel was extremely clean and very well ran. The breakfast was great and the staff was just awesome. Thank you again for the hospitality from the Hampton Inn sulphur springs team.

We stay here often, and it's always an awesome stay. Breakfast is GREAT! Rooms are clean & fair pricing. Tresa was so helpful & kind on 10/31, she's a real asset to this hotel.

We stay here monthly for work and typically it’s a positive experience! The night of 9/19/23 has changed that outlook. A cricket infestation, trying to sleep and crickets literally jumping on you while you’re in the bed is less than ideal, however, the lack of any responsiveness or sense of urgency from the staff is appalling. The night clerk told me they knew there was a problem but nothing was working. At check out the front desk clerk failed to even apologize. She offered to go get the manager and never returned. After waiting for 16 minutes I decided the manager wasn’t going to show to speak to me either. We will not be back and going forward we will book our employees elsewhere as well.

The service was great, and the rooms were clean and kept cool during the day. The breakfast was delicious, too. The dining room was also kept clean. The one thing that stood out to me the most was the personal care products; they were all pumps instead of the normal small, single use bottles. The brand they use is a clean, trustworthy brand. I loved that.

The staff was amazing The little town was adorable The regulars staying there were so nice. If you stop definitely go to the downtown area. The pool was clean. Everything was perfect. I will definitely be going back.

This hotel is clean and convenient. The staff is friendly seemed to be slightly disorganized when we arrived. An overall pleasant stay.

Clean, well maintained property conveniently located off the highway. Friendly & helpful staff, tasty breakfast. Highly recommend for this tier of Hilton properties.
